I've had a mixed experience with Alfred Labs, Inc....

I've had a mixed experience with Alfred Labs, Inc. The app is generally reliable, but there have been a few instances where it crashed or froze. Customer support was helpful in resolving the issues, though. Overall, I would say it's a decent app.
