My prime travel is an average travel company. I booked a trip to Hawaii through their website and overall, it was an okay experience. The booking process was smooth, and the customer service was responsive. However, the prices were slightly higher compared to other travel agencies. The trip itself was enjoyable, but I felt that there could have been more included in the package. Overall, a decent experience.
