Working at ADC Telecommunications has been a mixed experience for me. On one hand, I appreciate the diverse work opportunities and the supportive team. On the other hand, I feel that the company lacks proper leadership and direction. The work-life balance is also a bit challenging. Overall, it's an average place to work.
