EHS Pilates is such a great find! The classes are challenging and invigorating. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. The studio has a positive and welcoming vibe. The Pilates exercises have helped improve my core strength and flexibility. I particularly enjoy the attention to detail and proper form. I cannot recommend EHS Pilates enough!
