👍 I have been a member of the Afghanistan National Taekwon-do Association ITF for over a year now, and I can confidently say that it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The instructors are highly skilled and passionate about teaching taekwon-do. The training sessions are challenging but enjoyable, and I love that they focus on not just physical fitness but also mental discipline. The community at the association is fantastic, and I have made some lifelong friendships here. I highly recommend it for anyone interested in learning taekwon-do!
