I recently visited alta.co and overall, I had an average experience. While the website was easy to navigate and had a clean design, I found the product selection to be lacking. The range of options was limited, and I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. Additionally, the prices seemed a bit higher compared to other similar websites I've visited. On the positive side, the checkout process was smooth, and the delivery time was reasonable. The customer service was also responsive and helpful when I had a query about my order. However, the lack of variety in products and higher prices were disappointing. I suggest improving the product range and considering more competitive pricing to attract more customers.
