I am a regular customer of SM Supermalls and overall I am satisfied with their services. The staff is friendly and helpful. The mall is always clean and well-maintained. The variety of stores and dining options is great. However, I think they could improve their parking facilities as it can get crowded during peak hours. But overall, it's a great place to shop and hang out.
