I had an overall average experience with Torch labs. The website folio.finance is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I had some issues with their customer support. They were slow to respond and didn't provide satisfactory solutions to my problems. The platform itself has a decent range of features, but it lacks innovation compared to other similar companies. I hope Torch labs will improve their customer support in the future.
