I recently bought a bike from another brand, but I must say that I am not as satisfied as I thought I would be. The bike's quality is not up to par, and it does not perform as well as I expected. The customer service I received was lacking, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. I would not recommend this brand to others and suggest considering Ideal Bike Corp (8933) instead.
