I recently used Allaid services and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website, agc-is.com, was easy to navigate and gave a good overview of the services offered. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. I had a few inquiries and it took them quite a while to respond, which was frustrating. When I did receive a response, the answers were generic and didn't fully address my concerns. Additionally, I had some issues with the quality of the service provided. While they did complete the task, it wasn't done to the standard I expected. It felt like they rushed through the job without paying attention to the details. Despite these shortcomings, the pricing was reasonable and the staff I interacted with were polite. Overall, Allaid services is an average company, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to detail.
