✨ I have been banking with CBA for a while now, and overall, my experience has been okay. The bank offers a decent range of services, but I feel like there is room for improvement. The customer service could be more attentive, and the online banking platform could be more user-friendly. However, I appreciate the convenience of their branch locations and the availability of ATMs. I hope to see CBA make some positive changes in the future. ✨
