The website is easy to navigate and visually appealing 👍. I appreciate the variety of services offered, from translation to interpretation. However, I found the overall experience to be just average. While the translations were accurate, the delivery time was longer than expected ⏳. The customer service was satisfactory, but I didn't feel that extra level of personalized attention 😕. On the positive side, the prices were reasonable 💸. It would have been great to receive regular updates on the progress of the project. Overall, it's a decent company, but there is room for improvement.
