The conference organized by Kusa Nairobi was good overall. The venue was decent, and the sessions were informative. However, I felt that the staff could have been more attentive and responsive to the attendees' needs. Additionally, the food provided during the breaks was average. Nonetheless, it was a satisfactory experience.
