🙂 Banking with CBA has been an average experience for me. The bank offers the basic services I need, but there is nothing exceptional about it. The staff is courteous, but sometimes the service can be slow. The online banking platform is functional but lacks some advanced features. Overall, I would say that CBA is a decent bank, but there is room for improvement. 🙂
