I recently availed the services of a solar installation company and came across setupmysolar.com. Overall, my experience with the company was just average. While their website was user-friendly and provided useful information about solar energy, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took quite a while for them to respond to my initial inquiry, and throughout the process, I had to constantly follow up to get updates on my installation. Additionally, the installation crew arrived a few hours late on the scheduled day. On the bright side, the installation itself was done efficiently and the panels are now working fine. However, considering the average customer support and punctuality, I would hesitate to recommend setupmysolar.com to others.
