😃 I have been living in Port Arthur for several years now, and it has been an excellent experience. The city government is responsive and takes care of its residents. The website, portarthurtx.gov, is easy to use and provides all the necessary information. The community is diverse and friendly, and there is always something happening. I am proud to call Port Arthur home!
