I have been a customer of Aris industria e comercio de gelo for a few months now and I must say their service is simply average. Their delivery is always on time and the quality of their ice is good, but nothing outstanding. I wish they could improve their customer service, as the staff is not always friendly and helpful. Overall, an average experience.
