I had an average experience with 1000things. The website 1000things.at is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. While the products offered were of decent quality, I expected better customer support. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
