I had a rather mixed experience with Blackdove inc. The website blackdove.com is user-friendly and offers a good selection of products. However, their customer support was not up to the mark. It took a while for them to respond to my queries, and I didn't feel valued as a customer. The pricing was reasonable though. Overall, there is room for improvement.
