I have been a customer of الهيئة العامة للإذاعة والتلفزيون public authority for radio and tv for several years now and I must say, their services are average at best. While they have a wide array of programs to choose from, the quality of their content is lacking. The channels frequently experience technical difficulties and the broadcast quality is often poor. However, their customer support is helpful and responsive. Overall, I would rate them as average.
