I have been renting from Rentals for over a year now and I must say that their service has been average at best. The website is user-friendly and the booking process is quite straightforward. However, the customer service could definitely use some improvement. There have been instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my queries and the staff hasn't always been very helpful. Overall, Rentals is an okay option if you need a car for a short period of time.
