I recently purchased a few motorcycle parts from this company's website. The ordering process was hassle-free and my items arrived within a reasonable timeframe. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of products. However, I found the prices to be slightly higher compared to other online motorcycle supply stores. While the quality of the parts is satisfactory, I didn't notice anything extraordinary that sets them apart from their competitors. The customer service was average - they responded to my inquiries promptly but didn't go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience with the company was neither impressive nor disappointing. I would consider purchasing from them again if their prices were more competitive.
