I had a mixed experience at the Nomaa hotel. While the room and amenities were top-notch, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to my needs, which was disappointing. However, the location was great and the room itself was comfortable and well-appointed. Overall, I would say it was an average stay.
