I recently had the opportunity to interact with LGSETA and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information, but I felt that the customer service could have been better. The response time was a bit slow and not all my queries were answered satisfactorily. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
