The company website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. I appreciated the variety of services offered and the detailed information provided about each service. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I reached out with a query, it took a long time to receive a response, and the representative seemed uninformed and unhelpful. This created some frustration and made me question the company's professionalism. Additionally, I had some issues with my shipment being delayed, without any clear communication about the reasons behind the delay. Overall, while the company website was promising, I was disappointed by the level of customer service and the lack of transparency regarding my shipment. It was an average experience and I hope they improve their customer support in the future.
