I've had a pretty average experience with Hardwire. The customer service was decent, but the quality of their products left much to be desired. It's not that their products were terrible, but they certainly weren't great either. I expected more from a company with such a reputation. Overall, I wouldn't say Hardwire is a bad company, but they definitely have room for improvement.
