I recently ordered some business cards and brochures from this company's website. The ordering process was quite smooth and their website was easy to navigate. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the prints. The colors didn't come out as vibrant as I had hoped, and there were some noticeable smudges on a few of the business cards. I reached out to their customer service team and they were quick to respond and offered to reprint the affected items. Although it was a hassle to go through the process again, I appreciated their willingness to resolve the issue. The reprints did turn out better, but still didn't meet my expectations entirely. Overall, I would say their services are average. They have room for improvement in terms of print quality, but their customer service was commendable. 💼💔🔄
