I have been a customer of Eurosmart for several years now and I must say the service has always been average. While the quality of their products is decent, their customer support could definitely use improvement. There have been times when I had to wait for hours to get a response to my query. Overall, it is an okay company to deal with, but some areas definitely need improvement.
