I had a mixed experience with Strauss & co. The customer service was excellent 👌 and they were very helpful in assisting me with my purchase. However, I was disappointed when I received the artwork as it did not meet my expectations. The colors were not as vibrant as I had hoped, and there were a few small scratches on the frame. Despite this, the overall experience was decent.
