I recently used a parking service for my trip and chose the one with the .co.uk website. Overall, the experience was average. The booking process was smooth and the website was user-friendly. However, upon arrival, the signage and directions to the parking area were not clearly marked, causing some confusion. The parking spaces were decently sized, but the overall condition of the facility could be improved. The staff was average in terms of friendliness and customer service. The shuttle service to and from the airport was reliable and efficient. One area where the company fell short was the pricing, as I found it to be on the higher side compared to other similar parking providers. In summary, it was an average experience with room for improvement in terms of signage, facility maintenance, and pricing.
