As a CUSTOMER, I must say that Cope inc is an average company. The website, cope-inc.com, is easy to navigate and the customer service is decent. However, I was not impressed with their product quality and the delivery took longer than expected. The overall experience was just okay. I hope they can improve their services in the future.
