I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Tmi Trading (CJ TMI USA) and I must say, it was an average experience. The website cjtmi.com was easy to navigate and the range of products offered was impressive. However, I encountered some issues with the customer service. The response time was slow and there was a lack of communication. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
