I recently had the opportunity to work with a social media marketing company and came across Scalable Social Media. 🌟 Overall, I found their services to be average. They have a user-friendly website, which was easy to navigate and provides useful resources. However, the customer support was a bit lacking. It took them longer than expected to respond to my inquiries, which was quite frustrating. 😕 In terms of service quality, they did deliver an acceptable level of results, but nothing extraordinary. The strategies they implemented were basic and didn't offer much unique value. 🤷‍♀️ While I appreciate their efforts, I expected more creativity and innovation from a social media marketing company. In conclusion, Scalable Social Media is decent, but there are better options out there if you're looking for exceptional service.
