The experience with ArtsFund has been mostly average. Their website is easy to navigate and their mission to support the arts is commendable. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took quite some time for them to respond to my inquiries and the information provided was not always helpful. Overall, ArtsFund is a decent organization, but there is room for improvement.
