I recently joined a credit union to manage my finances and decided to give this particular one a try. The website was easy to navigate with all the necessary information clearly presented. As a new member, I found the account setup process to be straightforward and the staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions. However, I have to say that the interest rates offered are just average compared to other credit unions I researched. Moreover, some of the features and services offered are not as extensive as I expected. I appreciate the convenience of online banking, but I feel like there could be more options and benefits to take advantage of. Overall, my experience with this credit union has been decent, but I can't help but feel that there are better options out there.
