I recently made a purchase from an online trading company. The experience was not what I expected. The website, afrigeneral.com, was well-designed and easy to use. However, the customer service was lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, their responses were not very helpful. On the positive side, the product quality was good and the delivery was prompt. I would rate my experience as good overall.
