I had an average experience with Barzan Travel and Tourism. The customer service was decent, but the overall experience was underwhelming. I expected more from a company with such a reputation. The tour guide lacked enthusiasm and seemed disinterested in providing detailed information. The itinerary was also not well-planned, leaving us feeling rushed at each destination. I hope the company takes feedback constructively and improves their services in the future.
