I recently used an insurance agency for my car insurance needs and decided to give Campos Insurance Agency a try. Overall, my experience with them was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the information I needed. However, the customer service was lacking. It took quite a bit of time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did finally get a response, it wasn't very helpful. The agent I worked with was polite, but seemed inexperienced and unsure of how to properly address my concerns. The pricing was competitive, but I didn't feel like I was getting the personalized attention I was hoping for. Overall, Campos Insurance Agency is an average company, but there are definitely areas they can improve on.
