I recently planned a trip with Grand American Travels, Inc and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and they had a good selection of tours to choose from. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The agents were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
