I had a terrible experience with Air America Carib...

I had a terrible experience with Air America Caribbean. The customer service was abysmal, and the representatives were unprofessional and rude. The flight was delayed without any proper explanation, and the overall journey was uncomfortable. I would not recommend this airline to anyone.
