I had an average experience with Federal transport authority-land & maritime(fta). The services provided were satisfactory, but there were some areas where improvements could be made. The website of the company, fta.gov.ae, was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found that the response time for customer queries was a bit slow. Overall, it was an okay experience.
