I had a mixed experience with Spirit air cargo handling. Some aspects were great, while others were not up to par. The customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were able to answer all of my questions. However, the handling of my cargo was not as smooth as I had hoped. There were delays in the delivery, and some of my items were damaged. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
