I recently booked a trip with Travelhost travel agency and it was an average experience. The customer service was decent and they were able to find me a good deal on my vacation package. However, there were a few issues with the booking process and it took longer than expected to receive my confirmation. Overall, it was an okay experience but there is definitely room for improvement.
