I recently went on a safari with this company and had a fairly good experience. The booking process was smooth and the website was easy to navigate. However, I felt that the communication could have been better as I had some unanswered questions. The accommodations were comfortable but not exceptional. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, but I expected a bit more enthusiasm and engagement. Overall, it was a decent trip, but there were some areas that could use improvement. I appreciate the effort, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. 🌍🦒
