I recently purchased some electrical components and accessories from an online store. The experience was average as the website was easy to navigate and I found the products I needed easily. However, the quality of one of the products wasn't up to the mark. I had to return it and the return process was a bit cumbersome. Hopefully, Electro Terminal will improve the quality of their products.
