I recently booked a trip through a travel agency and had a mixed experience. The customer service was satisfactory and they offered some good deals, but there were a few issues with the booking process. It took longer than expected to receive my confirmation and there were some discrepancies with the itinerary. Overall, it was an okay experience but there is definitely room for improvement.
