I have been using Idec Technical Services for the past year and I must say their services are average. They have been quite prompt in responding to my queries and fixing any technical issues I have had. However, there have been a few instances where the solutions provided were not satisfactory. Overall, I would say they are decent but there is definitely room for improvement.
