Populis (previously goadv) is an average company. Their website, populis.com, has a decent user interface and navigation. However, I found their services to be quite average. The customer support was not very responsive, and there were some issues with the delivery of their products. Overall, I would say that there is nothing exceptional about this company, but they are not terrible either.
