The trainer seemed knowledgeable, but their delivery was quite monotonous, making it hard to stay engaged. 🙇‍♀️ Additionally, the training materials provided were outdated and could have been more interactive. On the positive side, the customer support was prompt in answering my queries and addressing concerns. The virtual platform used was user-friendly and interactive, allowing for easy collaboration with other participants.
