I have been a customer of OSDI for the past few months and overall, my experience has been satisfactory. The organization is dedicated to social development initiatives and their website, osdi.org, is user-friendly and informative. However, there is room for improvement in terms of response time and customer support. I hope to see OSDI continue their commitment to social change and address the areas where they can further excel.
